Saudi Arabia’s aviation industry receives a security audit score of above 94%.

In a security audit conducted by the International Civil Aviation Organization, Saudi Arabia received a score of 94.4 percent as the country works to increase its industry efficiency.

The assessment also showed that the Kingdom has achieved the seventh-best aviation security rating among the Group of 20 nations.

In order to make sure that its 193 member states are adhering to the global norms established for the industry, ICAO conducted the exercise.

Airlines, airports, and other business operators are not included in these audits. The ICAO website states that they prefer to focus on the laws, resources, and other capabilities put in place by state governments in order to successfully execute the organization’s Standards and Recommended Practices in each area.

According to the Saudi News Agency, the Kingdom’s provision of cutting-edge tools and systems as well as the use of the greatest security measures are largely responsible for the success.

The achievement of aviation security in the Kingdom is just one of many accomplishments made by the aviation sector at the regional and international levels, which reflects the interest and support of the leadership, according to Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Duailej, President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation.

Leaders from the government, many national businesses, and the security industry all attended the ceremony.

The Saudi civil aviation sector is working to put its strategic goals into action in an effort to provide travelers with the best services possible. Al-Duailej emphasized that it seeks to achieve the highest evaluation rates at the national and international levels.

As part of the implementation of the strategic orientations aimed at expanding the services provided to travelers, elevating their level, and improving the traveler’s experience at Saudi Arabia’s airports, GACA, for its part, releases reports on airport performance every month.
