Emirates Reveals First 9 Destinations for A350 Aircraft Network Expansion

Emirates has unveiled the initial destinations set to be served by its fleet of A350 aircraft, scheduled to commence operations from September 2024. With plans to introduce 10 new A350s by March 2025, the airline aims to enhance its service offerings across various routes, providing passengers with its latest cabin experiences.

The first batch of Emirates A350s will feature three cabin classes, including 32 Business Class seats, 21 Premium Economy seats, and 259 Economy Class seats. These aircraft will primarily operate on short to medium-haul routes within the Middle East, GCC, West Asia, and Europe, starting with Bahrain as the inaugural destination. Emirates passengers can anticipate experiencing the airline’s acclaimed Premium Economy product and next-generation Business Class cabins on select flights, particularly on routes across the mentioned regions.

Adnan Kazim, Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates Airline, expressed excitement about the A350’s potential to enhance operational efficiency and flexibility across various regions. The introduction of these aircraft underscores Emirates’ commitment to providing a top-notch customer experience with cutting-edge cabin features and in-flight entertainment technologies. The rollout of the A350 to nine cities within a short timeframe aims to offer passengers more premium cabin options and geographical choices. The newly delivered aircraft will begin scheduled services to destinations including Bahrain, Kuwait, Muscat, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Colombo, Lyon, Bologna, and Edinburgh, with further destinations to be announced in the future.

Emirates has made flights to A350 destinations available for booking, providing passengers with the opportunity to experience the aircraft’s spacious and quiet cabin, along with other features designed to enhance comfort and reduce fatigue. With 65 A350-900s on order, Emirates remains committed to supporting its future growth and contributing to Dubai’s economic agenda by expanding its global connectivity.
