To help the airline’s expanding business in India, Dnata has increased the scope of its long-standing collaboration with American Airlines. With ambitions for additional growth, the Texas-based airline now runs daily flights between New York and Delhi in addition to providing domestic services through its relationship with IndiGo.
As American Airlines’ General Sales Agent (GSA) in India, Dnata Representation Services will offer a wide variety of sales and marketing services. It will help the carrier’s commercial operations in the market by serving as the vital connection between local trade and the carrier. Dnata’s vast network, extensive experience in airline representation and broad marketing, sales and operational expertise will help American Airlines enhance its market presence to meet rapidly increasing demand across the country.
American Airlines’ GSA in Dubai and the Northern Emirates has been Dnata Representation Services, a division of the Dnata Travel Group, for more than 45 years.
